  • How do I get the Pretzel app?
    You can find the Pretzel Australia app on your phone's app store. Alternatively, click here!
  • Can I update my information?
    Visit the "More" tab on the app to update information such as your phone number, address and name. If you wish to change your email address, you will need to contact us.
  • I can't see my points from a recent transaction
    Your Pretzel Points can sometimes take a moment to update on your Account page, or your digital wallet. We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes, and closing or refreshing the app. If the points still aren't there, send us an email explaining your situation. Please include your member number, order number, and order total (a photo of a receipt will work!).
  • I had a coupon but now it's gone.
    Most of our coupons have an expiry date - be sure to check when it expires by clicking "More information" underneath the coupon. Sometimes we only release a certain number of coupons for a given deal, and it's a first come, first served situation (but we usually let you know that). If none of these situations apply, please send us an email.
  • I don't see my issue here.
    No problem! We are more than happy to help. Please send us an email and try to include as much relevant information as possible: Detailed explanation of your issue Member number Order number Store visited (if applicable) Images or screenshots (if applicable) The more information we have the more likely we are to solve your problem.
