Dessert culture hasn’t changed much in years. Most people finish dinner and go straight for something sweet: gelato, cake, chocolate, or whatever’s open late (like Pretzel). The classic dessert moment is still loved, still popular, and still here to stay. But at Pretzel, we’ve noticed something interesting. Not a global movement. Not a TikTok trend. A real behaviour shift happening right in front of us, in our own stores, in Perth and Melbourne. People come in after dinner.
